Socials 8: Please complete Entry One (brainstorming) and Entry Two (your research questions). If you need help, come by our classroom before school or at lunch on Monday.
English 10: Your Teens of 205 is due on September 19 (Thursday). On Tuesday, we start our Rhetoric Unit!
Week 2 Reflections & Reminders
Congratulations on your successful completion of our first full week back! And if it was still a little challenging to get up, just keep working at resetting your sleep cycle: remember, it can take three weeks to make a habit.
As you head into week three, a couple reminders:
Monday is Day 1.Due to a scheduled meeting, I will be unable to hold office hours after school on Monday due to a meeting, but AM hours are still running. AM/PM office hours are as scheduled for Tuesday - Thursday.
Tuesday is PLT. Stop by our room for help on your Socials 8 project and/or a note-taking session.
Wednesday is Collab Day, meaning classes do not begin until 9:40.
Thursday
1) Grade 8's: Thursday is activity day!
2) Meet the Teacher Night runs from 6pm (Grade 8) or 6:30pm (all grades). Please invite your parents to walk a mile in your shoes, to visit your classes and meet all of your teachers.
Friday is a Pro-D Day - no school for you!
