Welcome to Quarter 1!

Hello Grade 8's and 10s! Welcome to your class website, where I will reiterate what's on our homework board (as well as other reminders). We haven't had our first class yet (it's just before 8am as I write), but I am SO EXCITED to meet you all.

This year will be different, and you may be feeling all sorts of things. That's completely normal and understandable. Grade 10's, we're going to be re-learning "how to school" with the new bell schedule and routines. Grade 8's, this is a brand new school with brand new faces.  It would be disrespectful of me to say "I know what you're going through," because I am not you. But what I WILL say is that I want to do my best to try to understand your experience, and help you navigate those complex feelings.

Let's have a great quarter.
